Revelation 16: 8-9
Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire.
• According to the Bible, the prophecy in Revelation 16 will be fulfilled when the seven year tribulation period on earth is coming to an end
• In this prophecy, the Antichrist’s reign on earth is coming to an end
• God is in control, not the devil
• Satan may appear to rule your life in your eyes and in the eyes of others,
• You! have faith in Jesus Christ
• Trust Him alone
• Satan’s kingdom is temporary
• Actually, God is in control of your life because He is in control of everything
• In a specific language this prophecy of Revelation 16 will be fulfilled during the last half of the seven year period of tribulation
• Since the beginning of the creation, Satan has been ruling the world and doing what he wants with our lives
• Now is the time to end the rule of the devil once and for all
• Generations and generations in the Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ will live a life without fear of the devil.
• Satan will be imprisoned for 1000 years, and after that he will be temporarily released from the prison to face eternal judgment in hell.
Revekation 20:1-3
Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. He caught hold of the dragon*, the old serpent, who is the Whisperer and Satan, bound him for a thousand years, then threw him into the abyss, locked him inside, and strengthened him with a seal above him, so that he would no longer mislead the nations, until the thousand years were over
• It will be the last 3 ½ years of the seven year period of tribulation when the prophecy of the book of Revelation 16 is fulfilled
• There will be an action of the wrath of God descending from heaven to earth
• The fulfillment of this prophecy in Revelation 16 is closely followed by the Battle of Armageddon and the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.
• Jesus is coming back again.The world will see Jesus Christ coming back again
Revelation 1:7
Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.
* This verse brings together two other passages:
Jesus said to him, “ It is as you said. Nevertheless, I say to you, hereafter you will see the Son of Man sitting at the right hand of the Power, and coming on the clouds of heaven.”
* Jesus tells the Sanhedrin they will see the Son “coming on the clouds of heaven”;
and
“And I will pour on the house of David and on the inhabitants of Jerusalem the Spirit of grace and supplication; then they will look on Me whom they pierced. Yes, they will mourn for Him as one mourns for his only son, and grieve for Him as one grieves for a firstborn.
* This passage says that Jerusalem’s inhabitants will mourn when they see “the one they have pierced.”
The second coming of Christ is referenced many times in Scripture, with over 1,500 passages in the Old Testament and one out of every 25 verses in the New Testament mentioning the Messiah’s return. The large amount of material devoted to this important event underscores what God says in Amos 3:7: “Surely the Sovereign LORD does nothing without revealing his plan to his servants the prophets.”
In short, the return of Christ brings about what is referred to as the kingdom of God in Scripture—God’s absolute rule over His creation, including humankind. To accomplish that, Jesus ushers in two different judgments, two different resurrections, and two different eternities.
When Jesus returns, He will be ready for war
Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and makes war. His eyes were like a flame of fire, and on His head were many crowns. He had a name written that no one knew except Himself. He was clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God. And the armies in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, followed Him on white horses. Now out of His mouth goes a sharp sword, that with it He should strike the nations. And He Himself will rule them with a rod of iron. He Himself treads the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And He has on His robe and on His thigh a name written: KING OF KINGS AND LORD OF LORDS.
The nations will be gathered to fight against Jerusalem
For I will gather all the nations to battle against Jerusalem; The city shall be taken, The houses rifled, And the women ravished. Half of the city shall go into captivity, But the remnant of the people shall not be cut off from the city.
In what we call the battle of Armageddon. But that will be the day Jesus returns: “His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, east of Jerusalem, and the Mount of Olives will be split in two from east to west, forming a great valley, with half of the mountain moving north and half moving south”
Zachariah 14: 4
And in that day His feet will stand on the Mount of Olives, Which faces Jerusalem on the east. And the Mount of Olives shall be split in two, From east to west, Making a very large valley; Half of the mountain shall move toward the north And half of it toward the south.
It will be a unique day in the history of the world: “On that day there will be neither sunlight nor cold, frosty darkness . . . a day known only to the Lord—with no distinction between day and night. When evening comes, there will be light”
Zachariah 14:6–7
It shall come to pass in that day That there will be no light; The lights will diminish. It shall be one day Which is known to the Lord — Neither day nor night. But at evening time it shall happen That it will be light.
God’s enemies will be defeated, and the Antichrist and the false prophet will be “thrown alive into the fiery lake of burning sulfur”
Then the beast was captured, and with him the false prophet who worked signs in his presence, by which he deceived those who received the mark of the beast and those who worshiped his image. These two were cast alive into the lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Jesus will set up His kingdom, and “The Lord will be king over the whole earth”
And the Lord shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be— “The Lord is one,” And His name one.
• We thank God for revealing salvation to us, otherwise we would go to hell
• By God’s grace we were able to receive salvation through Christ alone.
• People do not want the Jesus Christ
• People run away from their eternal life that a person gets by accepting Jesus Christ
• By refusing to accept Jesus Christ people go to heaven and go to hell
• Heaven exists
• If there is heaven, there is also hell
• Brothers, people don’t do it
• They were raptured by Satan
• We are all the Church of God, we have been raptured by God with his grace
• There is nothing good we have done for God to grant us salvation
• Our God has freed us from the bondage of sin
• We were prisoners
• We are lost
• We enter God
• We are hopeless
• Helpless and hopeless as we were, God favored us for eternity
• The Lord graciously had mercy on us and we were saved from our sins
• We are freed from the bondage of sin
• It is grace that we are saved
• Not because we are beautiful
• Not because we are strong,
• There is not enough money that we could give God to say that we have not sinned
• The price of human life is very expensive
• We can combine the wealth of all countries in the world to buy eternal life for just one person from God
• But the offer of the price of our soul will be insufficient (insufficient) for God to say we have not sinned and give us eternal life
• The price will remain insufficient,
• Once a stone of money has been paid, a person is still guilty of sinning against God
• Without the blood of Jesus Christ we cannot satisfy God to say that a person has not sinned
• We cannot buy our righteousness by any means except by the blood of Jesus Christ
• Only the precious blood of Jesus Christ suffices the need to bring us back to God.
Psalms 49: 7-9
• A person can redeem his brother, and give God a penalty for him. For the redemption of their soul is very costly; it will never end for him to live forever, not to see decay.

• Only the blood of Jesus Christ can do a perfect job in our lives, we are the Church of God
• We have received God’s grace
• We have been chosen to enter eternal life
• We are the elects
• We are a chosen race

but you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a won people, that you may proclaim the kingdom of him who called you out of darkness and into his marvelous light; you were not a nation before, but now you are God’s nation, you were not spared, but now you are spared.
Exodus 19:5-6
Thus, if you obey my voice and keep my covenant, you will be more precious to me than all the nations, because the whole world is mine, and you will be a kingdom of priests to me, and a holy nation. These are the words you will speak to the children of Israel.’ ”
And the Lord shall be King over all the earth. In that day it shall be— “The Lord is one,” And His name one.
In establishing His kingdom on earth, Jesus will first set up a judgment for those who are still alive after the tribulation and who are on the earth at the time of the second coming. This is referred to as the “judgment of the sheep and the goats” or “judgment of the nations”
“When the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the holy angels with Him, then He will sit on the throne of His glory. All the nations will be gathered before Him, and He will separate them one from another, as a shepherd divides his sheep from the goats. And He will set the sheep on His right hand, but the goats on the left. Then the King will say to those on His right hand, ‘Come, you blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world: for I was hungry and you gave Me food; I was thirsty and you gave Me drink; I was a stranger and you took Me in; I was naked and you clothed Me; I was sick and you visited Me; I was in prison and you came to Me.’ “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’ “Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels: for I was hungry and you gave Me no food; I was thirsty and you gave Me no drink; I was a stranger and you did not take Me in, naked and you did not clothe Me, sick and in prison and you did not visit Me.’ “Then they also will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry or thirsty or a stranger or naked or sick or in prison, and did not minister to You?’ Then He will answer them, saying, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ And these will go away into everlasting punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
Those who survive this judgment will remain on earth and enjoy a time of peace and prosperity with Christ for 1,000 years (referred to as the millennium)

Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. Blessed and holy is he who has part in the first resurrection. Over such the second death has no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with Him a thousand years.
Those who are found guilty in this judgment are cursed and consigned to “the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels”
“Then He will also say to those on the left hand, ‘Depart from Me, you cursed, into the everlasting fire prepared for the devil and his angels:
. Satan is bound and forbidden to act during the millennium
Then I saw an angel coming down from heaven, having the key to the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand. He laid hold of the dragon, that serpent of old, who is the Devil and Satan, and bound him for a thousand years; and he cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal on him, so that he should deceive the nations no more till the thousand years were finished. But after these things he must be released for a little while.
During this time there will also be a resurrection of all believers in God
And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years. But the rest of the dead did not live again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. These resurrected believers will join believers who are alive at the time of Christ’s coming and those Christ brings with Him from heaven, and all will live with Jesus during His 1,000-year earthly reign.
At the end of the millennium, Satan will be released, and one final battle will occur, which will rapidly be won by Christ (Revelation 20:7–9
Satan is then permanently consigned to the lake of fire. At this point the second resurrection will occur, and another judgment. Unbelievers will be resurrected and judged at what is referred to as the great white throne judgment; based on their works, they will be assigned to the lake of fire
Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.
So, the return of Jesus will usher in two different eternities—one with God and one without Him. This truth is captured in two verses in the book of Malachi: “Surely the day is coming; it will burn like a furnace. All the arrogant and every evildoer will be stubble, and the day that is coming will set them on fire. . . . Not a root or a branch will be left to them. But for you who revere my name, the sun of righteousness will rise with healing in its rays. And you will go out and frolic like well-fed calves”
“For behold, the day is coming, Burning like an oven, And all the proud, yes, all who do wickedly will be stubble. And the day which is coming shall burn them up,” Says the Lord of hosts, “That will leave them neither root nor branch. But to you who fear My name The Sun of Righteousness shall arise With healing in His wings; And you shall go out And grow fat like stall-fed calves.
Evil is defeated, the earth is restored, and God wins.
looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ,
Faith in Christ makes the difference. “But when the Son of Man returns, how many will he find on the earth who have faith?”
I tell you that He will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless, when the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?”
• Jesus Christ and His Church will once again populate this planet earth for the second time, and before the emergence of the New Heaven and New Earth in which the Church will live forever.
• Jesus Christ will return to rule Israel and the world for a period of 1000 years before Heaven and New Earth emerge
• The return of Jesus Christ to establish His Kingdom on earth will happen no matter what
• If it was prophesied that Jesus Christ would be born on earth, and He was born
• His return for the Second time has been prophesied and it will happen that He will return
• Jesus is coming back again
• God is in control
• God will do whatever He promised
• The Second Coming of Jesus Christ will come to pass as it was prophesied
The Millennial Kingdom of Jesus Christ will come to reality
Revelation 16:8-9
Then the fourth angel poured out his bowl on the sun, and power was given to him to scorch men with fire. And men were scorched with great heat, and they blasphemed the name of God who has power over these plagues; and they did not repent and give Him glory.
• The fourth angel’s target is the sun
• The angel poured out the bowl of God’s wrath on the sun
• This is the judgment of the solar system
• The sun was given the power to set people on fire
• This is the judgment of the world
• People are burned with great heat,
• But people blaspheme the name of God who has power over these plagues,
• God has the power to end the plagues but people who do not want to serve God through Christ instead insult him
• Generally speaking, many times when people are in trouble, you can think that they are eager to hear about God who can remove all their problems . They run away more than before from the almighty.
• Don’t even preach with the hope that because they are in trouble, people will run to God and find salvation
• They will just watch you preach and then leave, and they will continue to disbelieve
• Once Satan has captured a person, it is difficult to let him go
• Until God intercedes with his grace to bring us back from captivity
• People are far away from God
• Satan blinds the people’s minds
• Brethren ,this means that it is God’s grace that we were able to accept Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior
• We are the Church of God
* Because of the grace of God we accepted Jesus Christ with or without problems
• Through the Holy Spirit, God makes us turn to him
we turned to God through having faith in Jesus Christ
Zechariah 4:6
So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.
* Even the faith we have is a Gift from God
* The faith we have is not our own effort
* Faith is freely given to us by God
Hosea 2:23
Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth, And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; Then I will say to those who were not My people, ‘You are My people!’ And they shall say, ‘You are my God!’ ”
• Even though they are suffering from plagues, people do not repent to praise God
• Also in the prophecy in Revelation 16:8-9, they will feel plagues
Revelation 16:8-9
• They will feel the pain of sunburn
• But they would not repent
• The Bible says they did not repent and give Him glory
• God has the power to judge his people in his own way so that they repent of their sins
• But here we see people insulting God
• This heat that happens in summer is global warming
• And the heat we see in Revelation 16:8-9 is a supernatural intervention of God in the world
• God is satisfied with the damage done by the devil in the world
• The wrath of God is very high
• It has come to an end
• Enough is enough
• The decrease of God’s wrath will decrease greatly during the Great Tribulation, during the last half of the seven year tribulation
• The last half (3 1/2) of the seven year tribulation period is called the Great Tribulation
• The Church would have already been raptured when Revelation 16:8-9 and the entire seven year tribulation period happened
• During the period of Tribulation, the Church will be no more in the world
• As long as it is very hot there is still a Church here on earth
• It is not yet the judgment event of Revelation 16:8-9
• It is still natural global warming
• Malak 4:1 prophesied about this supernatural intervention of God that will happen in Revelation 16:8-9
Malachi 4:1
“For behold, the day is coming, burning like a furnace; all who are proud and all who do evil will be evil; That coming day will burn them,” says Jehovah of Hosts, “leaving them neither root nor branch
• Let’s look at the fifth angel to see what his target is
• Where is it
Revelation 16:10-11
The Fifth poured out his bowl on the beast’s throne; and his kingdom was darkened, they bit their tongues because of the pain, and they blasphemed the God of heaven because of their pain and because of their wounds; but they did not repent of their deeds. It turns out that the fifth angel’s target is the throne of the beast
• During this seven year tribulation period the beast, which is the Antichrist
• He will have established his throne on earth
• His deputy is the False Prophet
• He will be ruling the world

• An angel pours out the bowl of God’s wrath on the throne of the Antichrist
• Antichrist’s kingdom is made dark
• They bite their tongues because of the pain,

• It appears that the fifth angel’s target is the Antichrist’s throne,
• The Sixth Angel poured out the bowl of God’s wrath
revelation 16: 12-16
The sixth poured its bowl into the great river Euphrates; and its waters burned, so that the way could be prepared for the kings from the east. I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, like giants; for they are the spirits of demons, they perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world to gather them in the battle of the great day of God Almighty. Behold, I come as a thief; blessed is he who waits, and guards his clothes so that he does not walk naked, until they see his shame. He gathered them together in a place called in Hebrew Armageddon. • These verses tell us that the battle of Armageddon will be fought in a place called Armageddon. • That is why this battle is called the battle of Armageddon. • The Euphrates River caught fire • Its water burned down and all of it burned down • The burning of the water of the river prepares the kings of the East to go well to the battle of Armageddon • There they will arrive alive, to finish off the people of the living God • But they will end up as corpses that will be eaten by the birds of the sky • God will destroy them all the military forces will fight against Israel • God’s Israel will be protected with all the powers of God • He is a God who has all knowledge • He is a God who is in heaven and on earth at the right time
Genesis 12:6-7
Abram traveled through the land, until he came to the area of Shechem and the Okin* of More; the Canaanites were still in the land. Jehovah appeared to Abram, and said: “I will give this land to your descendants.” He built an altar there for Jehovah who had appeared to him.
• Christ will rule Israel and the whole world for a period of 1000 years
• The land will be restored to Israel under Christ’s rule,
• Peace will be restored on earth
• So a third world war is on the way
• It is coming
• But the Church of God
• Will already have been “caught up” to be with Christ in heaven by then
• The Church will come back with Him in His Second Coming.
• This is the place where the Battle of Armageddon will be fought
• There have been major incidents of war that have taken place over the years
• This place is called
• The Valley of Jezreel
• Or the Valley of Megiddo
• Or, the valley of Armageddon
• This place has a long history of battles fought there and will be fought there
• Associated with the last world war
• That is why it is also called the “Battle of Blood”
• Dozens of battles have been fought here
• The place called the valley of Armageddon
• It is a place that Napoleon Banaparte called and said it is
“The perfect battlefield. “
• History shows that this place “is in the Northern part of Israel”
• It is close to God’s Land Israel
• The first King of Israel, Saul and his son, died in this place fighting the Philistines, a tribe of Philistines.
• This area is rich in agriculture
Revelation 16:13
I saw coming out of the mouth of the dragon*, and out of the mouth of the beast, and out of the mouth of the false prophet, three unclean spirits, like giants;
• John saw “the unholy trinity”
• John sees three unclean spirits coming out
• In the mouth of Drago (Satan)
• In the mouth of the Beast (Antichrist)
• And in the mouth of the false Prophet
• The False Prophet is the Antichrist’s Deputy
• The false prophet has become more and more strict in tormenting the believers
• Those three unclean spirits
• They are like frogs
• They are the spirits of demons that go out into the world
• They entered the kings of the earth to make them attack Israel
Revelation 16:14
for they are the spirits of demons, they perform signs, and they go out to the kings of the whole world to gather them in the battle of the great day of God Almighty.
• Joel prophesied about the place where the last world war will be fought
• Joel calls it
• It is in the village
Joel 3:14
They are multitudes upon multitudes in the valley of judgment, for the day of Jehovah is near to the valley
• The place Armageddon, also known as
“Hill of Megiddo” in the New Testament
• The kings of the world will be led by demons and attacked by the war of God when the history of the world has come to an end.
The war of armageddon is the last war on earth
• you will never again hear that there is a war in the world, no matter what kind of war it is
• there will be no more wars in the world after the battle of armagaddon
• the word armageddon appears only once in the bible
• comes from

Then he assembled in a place called in Hebrew Armageddon.
Revelation 1-1-3
The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave Him to show His servants—things which must shortly take place. And He sent and signified it by His angel to His servant John, who bore witness to the word of God, and to the testimony of Jesus Christ, to all things that he saw. Blessed is he who reads and those who hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written in it; for the time is near.
The book of Revelation is unique in that it is the only book of the Bible with a direct blessing promised to those who publicly read it and their hearers. Of course, to hear God’s Word without obedience is folly
But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
so the blessing specifies that those who hear also “take to heart” what is read.
• The battle of Armageddon is the final battle between God and evil

• This battle will be fought when the tribulation comes to an end when the sixth angel pours out the sixth bowl of judgment on the earth
• The wrath of God descends on the earth
• The sixth angel will empty his bowl containing God’s sleep into the great river Euphrates

They took their bones, buried them under a tamarisk tree* in Jabesh, and fasted for seven days.
King Josiah died on this mountain of Armageddon
2 kings 23:29–30
In his days, Pharaoh Necho, the king of Egypt, went up to the king of Assyria by the river Euphrates; king Josiah went to meet him; He killed him at Megiddo, it is enough to see him.
