How are you family

I would like to express my sincere feelings of gratitude  for the prayers and care you are portraying  as I am in the times of great turmoil and tribulations . Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart for your unfaltering support during my illness. Your faith  and love lift me up when I need it most. I feel so blessed to have such a supportive family who lift me up in prayer during my recovery. Your prayers are a source of strength and comfort throughout my challenging time, and I am deeply grateful for your love and concern,dear kwaNgwane family .

I am very thrilled to observe and learn that Kwa Dlamini I am not alone .The Holy Spirit is in me and is with me as I always emphasize in my Bible  teachings. My lovely wife, Duduzile ,is always with me at all costs. My two daughters Siphesihle and Nelisiswe ,are with me.

 Over and above,my three sons, Njabulo, Luyanda and Aphelele are always with me in their prayers and words of encouragement. The  Lord is Great. He gave  me such a wonderful family.

Last Friday the 24^th  January 2025 I went for a  surgical incision in The Bay Hospital for the third time in two consecutive  years. The incision went quite well and without complications. Everything was fine until Yesterday  the 29^th  January 2025 in the  morning. Things drastically and dramatically changed for the worst. I could not pee at all due to the blood clot blockage in urinary tract. When I feel like peeing only the small blood came out. I was bleeding from the surgery site. It is considered normal to see a small amount of blood in the urine  for a few days  after  surgery. However,  this one had an indicative  of something wrong.The bleeding  significantly contained clots and worsened though I took  lots of water to flush everything in the urinary tract out. Instead the blood became a clot that completely blocked the whole urinary system.

I went to the doctor without an appointment so I couldn’t get the Doctor.The assistant booked me for today,the 30th January 2025 at 08hoo.I did not realise that the situation was exacerbated by water intake as there was a blockage.

I was trying to go to work.On the road cars were channelled as the road is being repaired these days.There was no way to stop the car for peeing until the turn off to Charter Creek.

I phoned DG  to come and drive me to hospital quickly as I was sweating for my life.

For the first time Mrs DG was driving at that high speed. When we arrived in hospital,the Doctor said: “ I was about to phone and tell that you have no prostate cancer.All tests done show no indication for cancer in your body”.

I said: ” It’s a plus for me “.

The Doctor admitted me to stop the bleeding and flush out the clots that block the urinary system.

I am not alone!

The Lord is with me.The family are with me.
