ENDAWENI COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ( community based organisation ),hereafter shortly referred to as ” ENCODE “

ENCODE is incorporated under the Nonprofit Organizations Act 71 of 1997,of the Republic of South Africa, Act No 108 of 1996.This act provides the legal framework for the registration and governance of non-profit organizations in South Africa.

ENCODE shall focus on

Community development projects are initiatives designed to improve the social, economic, and environmental conditions within a community. These projects aim to empower community members and enhance their well-being by addressing their needs and aspirations. They often involve collaboration and participation from local stakeholders and aim for sustainable solutions.

Skills Development Training and Research investigations shall be conducted by a well trained TEAM of young people, experienced and qualified professionals in Skills training and research Moreover ,Skilled DATA capturers will be employed in the Wards, Local Municipalities Districts and Provinces to do the work on behalf of TATMRASDT

The following factors shall influence the reasons for TATMRASDT to to get enough funding from the Donors from any Organisation that funds the projects that deal with AIDS, TUBERCULOSIS AND MALARIA and Skills Development Training.

Physical Resources ,eg ,Land
Financial Resources ,eg. Capital
Entrepreneurship, eg, professionals with relevant job knowledge and skills

TATMRASDT has identified its proposed power and sphere of influence in one developing country:( South Africa ) to execute their duties: Soon TATMRASDT Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Directors shall be busy negotiating for the contracts with the Municipality to get TATMRASDT contracts to work for the communities

TATMRASDT research investigations shall help improve, in each country, the understanding of AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria.The research investigations will make it possible for the countries to develop new prevention and treatment methods, and to address the health inequities these diseases create, particularly in low-income and middle-income countries.

The COVID-19 pandemic has significantly impacted these diseases, highlighting the need for robust health systems and continued research. Young people will be equipped with the skills that will make them become self – employed.

In order to make our research investigations and skills Development Training effective, efficient and successful TATMRASDT aims to form ( in each developing country) the Ward Committees,Local Municipality Committees , District Committees , Provincial Committees , National Executive Committee and Board of Directors.Such TATMRASDT Management Structure will facilitate the processing of DATA :For example,DATA collection, DATA recording in the well designed forms,DATA capturing relevant devices will made available ,DATA analysis, DATA interpretation, DATA submission to the top management of the Developing Country for decision making processes.
