THE CHURCH INTERNATIONAL BODY OF CHRIST, hereafter, referred to as TCl, is a legally incorporated Non Profit Company, incorporated in terms of the Companies Act No 71 of 2008. We,The Church,are more than a company.As The Church we are living with God now and forever.Nothing prevents us from having companionship with other Christians brothers and sisters for a common goal,to work for the Lord. Genesis 37 : 25 And they sat down to eat a meal. Then they lifted their eyes and looked, and there was a company of Ishmaelites, coming from Gilead with their camels, bearing spices, balm, and myrrh, on their way to carry them down to Egypt. TCI is incorporated for public benefit or other objective relating to one or more of cultural, social activities, communal or group interest including Spiritual Development and Growth of the Church in the knowledge of God.As we are The Church,we are a company directed by the Holy Spirit as to what to do and how to operate to avoid being a poor Church that becomes a burden to the believers.We have to be versatile and serviceable to the people in all Municipality Wards and communities .Then he divided the three hundred men into three companies, and he put a trumpet into every man’s hand, with empty pitchers, and torches inside the pitchers. The income and property of TCI shall not be distributed to its incorporators, members, directors, officers or persons relating to any of them and must be used to advance the purpose for which it was created, as set out in its memorandum of incorporation. TCl shall have three directors for incorporation, but for functioning TCI shall have

– Local Municipality Ward Committees

– Local Municipality Committees

– Regional Committees

– Provincial Committees

– National Board of Directors

– The Church International Leadership (TCIL)

– And The Executive Directors (Three Incorporators)

6. Coordinator Spiritual Development and Growth in the Church:

Spiritual development and growth in the Church includes working together as One Church, for One Mind, One God,One Christ and One Spirit in the Five Fold Ministry. Organise revival crusades,open airs,door to door home cell visits.Organise serminars, meetings and

conferences. Do Bible studies and teachings, plant Churches, praying together and supporting one another. The Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Teachers and Pastors serve the communities for nurturing and facilitating an individual’s spiritual development and Growth. The Church provides a structured environment where individuals learn about spiritual principles and worship. The Church learns to connect to the Holy Spirit who lives in us as the Church for ever.

7. Coordinator Social Development:

Social development is about improving the well-being of every individual in society so that they can reach their full potential. The success of society is linked to the well-being of each and every citizen. Social development means investing in people.

8. Coordinator Information and Communication Techology:

Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) is a broader term for Information Technology (IT), which refers to all communication technologies, including the internet, wireless networks, cell phones, computers, software, middleware, video-conferencing, social networking, and other media applications and services.

9. Coordinator Entrepreneurship Development:

Entrepreneurship development is the process of enhancing the entrepreneurial knowledge and skills via structured training programmes. It deals with the study of entrepreneurial behaviour, dynamics of business, and its development and expansion.

TCl shall register with the Department of Social Development so as to qualify to apply for grants and donations.

TCI shall have its own website and contact details.

At TCI ,we believe we are part of a Body of Christ, the Church.

We,with all the believers in the world who truly believe and trust in Jesus Christ,

form one Body of Christ. Jesus Christ is the Head of the Church.

We work with believers who are in the denominational Churches or outside the denominational Churches who share the same sentiments with TCl.
